It is the time of roses! I would say the most beautiful flower bush of all ... If only I could transport the smell of the rose garden with those photos. Oh it is soooo heavenly...

This is my current lunch spot when it is not raining!

Belle France: Part II

When I am in France I always try to look for inspiration in the restaurants and cafes so I can get ideas for my own little kitchen.

I must say one of the highlights of our trip was dinner at La Bartevelle - the gastronomic restaurant with a very friendly service and attention from the owner Stephanie.  Every plate was pretty as a picture and every morsel of food brought joy and surprise! I really appreciated that food was cooked with great attention and respect.

Most of the time in South of France I spent at Argele Sur Mer enjoying the sunshine and the wind (it was very windy for the time of the year). It is a little town with a beautiful sandy beach which is one of the cleanest in France.

Just 12 km away is Collioure - another beautiful tiny town with a castle on the seaside.

Belle France: Part I

My trip to Languedoc-Roussillon region of France was a long waited holiday. I felt like I need to recharge my batteries and have some days off :) . This part of the world is simply beautiful. Stunning views and wonderful French cuisine - the best mix for me. And then the amazing coast line with the azure water and Pyrenees mountains :)

The photos below are from Toulouse, Carcassonne Castle  and Colloire… I am still sorting the photos from the travel, hope to show more soon :)

SUN -SAND -SEASIDE { Tenerife - Canary Islands }

The holiday season is approaching :) 

I love beach holidays! It’s the most relaxing thing I do in all year :) Its cool to be cool and chill on the beach with a good book... and head to the cocktail bar in the evening ... woohoo! 

My last beach holiday was in Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands, Spain. The island is beautiful with Teide volcano in the middle of the island.
