One of my latest finds is home made smoothies: packed with all lovely goodness and so delicious. This is such a great way to get your 5 a day and stay healthy. It is also a very creative process as you can experiment with lots of different ingredients.
This is today's recipe:
1 celery stick
1 orange
1 avocado
1 kiwi
add some water or natural yoghurt and strawberries to decorate.
Blend all the ingredients with a blender and enjoy straight away!
